This Year, Vie de Chateaux is proposing a 6 Course Gala Dinner Menu on Monday the 31st of December, to end 2018 in delight, and to toast to an amazing New Year !

Raviole of Irish Lobster with vegetables pearls & Lobster bisque foam

La Caille
Confit Quail & Duck foie gras, stuffed in green cabbage leaf with Port reduction

Le Trou Normand
Traditional French Trou Normand, apple sorbet & Calvados Brandy

Les St Jacques & le Fletan
Scallops & Halibut with celeriac & clam cooked like a risotto, potato croquette

Beetroot & Black olive crusted, Irish loin of Lamb, with “pomme Duchesse”, mint pesto & poivrade sauce
